GFCNS Publications Order Form

If you are interested in receiving a hard copy of one or more of the following publications, please check off the publication(s) desired, fill out this order form, and click on the submit button.

Pricing Structure of Publications:

1. Members receive up to 10 copies at no cost. For more than 10 copies, members are asked to pay for shipping and handling through either an invoice or by providing a fed-ex account number.

2. Non-member publication purchase prices: $10 for 1 copy, $35 for 5 copies and $50 for 10 copies*

3. Bulk order (more than 10 copies) are negotiated on an "as available basis."

*Your purchase price covers shipping and handling as well as contributes to the publication's printing cost.

Issue Briefs:
Prices are not applicable to Issue Briefs which are provided free of charge on an "as available basis".
